When an acronym goes bad—An email was sent out with the subject line of “let’s fup” (follow up).

PROJECT GOAL:
We recognized our team’s “fup up,” and turned it into something creative, and beautiful, to send to the client as an apology. In the end, we (client included) all had a good laugh.
